Ly~Lee Funk has created her own combination of art studio, horse stable, and collie kennel in the quiet solitude of rural South central Iowa, located between Leon and Corydon.

Ly~Lee has been painting professionally since 1989, as well as riding and showing horses since 1964. The collies are Ly~Lee's newest project, with the purchase of "Fox Trails Adventure" in 2009, hence his name.

Most of Ly~Lee's paintings are done from reference photos, and over time that has branched out to doing custom photography for friends and clients.
